Personalised pieces tell the rich story of the uniqueness in all of us. We believe the gift of your imagination is an important ingredient in the making process, and we want to collaborate with you to bring the beauty of your stories to life through ceramic creations!

Step 1: Reserve A Slot

Purchase a slot when it is made available on this page. The payment works as a deposit to begin work on your order.

Step 2: Consultation & Sketch

We will reach out to you shortly via email to listen to your stories and ideas then translating it into a sketch (up to 3 edits) of the final product.

Step 3: Payment & Confirmation

Once you are happy with the sketch, we will send you the order confirmation and payment details. After payment, we begin creation of your order!

Step 4: Creation Process

The process of forming, painting, bisque and glaze firing of your order takes between 8 to 12 weeks. We will share an update with you during the process.

Step 5: Completion

Once your order has been completed, we will contact you via email and you will receive pictures of the completed product.

Step 6: Delivery

We will arrange delivery details with you, and pack your item carefully so that it can be shipped safely to its new home!

  • What happens after I reserve a slot?

    We will get in touch with you via email and discuss the ideas you have in mind. If the order is within our scope, we will work on the concept and provide you with a colour sketch within 7 business days together with a quotation for the order.

    We accept minor changes to the sketch up to 3 changes. Do allow us some more time to get back to you whenever there are any new change requests.

    When you have approved the final sketch and made payment, we will do our best to create your item based on the sketch, ensuring that every important detail that you share with us is included with the utmost care.

    Due to its handmade, hand-painted nature and the effects of the firing process, aspects of the finished product (such as colour shades) will differ from the sketch. We will be in contact with you if we need to make any alterations along the way to ensure that the finished product is something that you will love!

  • How long does a custom order take to be completed?

    After you have approved the final sketch, the process of forming, painting, bisque firing and glaze firing of your order takes between 8 to 12 weeks before your order is ready to be shipped. If there are any unforeseen delays with the creation, we will be sure to keep you updated.

  • Can I get my custom order done by an earlier date?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to promise to rush for earlier delivery dates as the process of ceramic creation is one that takes thought and time. Working with ceramics can sometimes give unpredictable outcomes and we want to have enough time to get your request done just right.

  • What are the shipping charges like?

    The shipping charges for international orders will depend on the weight of the final product with its packaging and handling. You may refer to our (FAQ) for weight charges to your country. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes and brokerage fees that may apply to your order. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over these fees and we recommend that you check with your local customs office about their regulations.

    If you are based in Singapore, shipping for you is free! Whee!

  • Can I get updates on the progress of my custom order?

    Yes! We will share an update with you during the creation process, however if you would like more updates, reach out to us anytime. :)

  • Can I add in changes once I have confirmed my custom order?

    It depends! We can probably try to add in small changes if it doesn’t affect the approved design too much. However, if the item is close to the completion stage, we would not be able to accept any changes. We may also have to charge for certain change requests.

  • Can I make a cancellation or get a refund after I have confirmed my custom order?

    Custom orders can be cancelled as long as they have not entered the production stage. Unfortunately, the deposit of SGD35 is non-refundable. 

    We generally do not allow refunds if work has been done or completed. However, in special cases, we may allow refunds midway through production and the amount will reflect the amount of work that has already been completed.

    We recommend that you verify all details in the order before making confirmation and payment. If you are unhappy with the finished product, please contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt and we will try our best to address your concerns.

  • What if the quoted price of the custom order is beyond my budget?

    The prices we quote reflect the time, experience and care that we put into our handmade creations. We may offer suggestions during the consultation stage so that you can find something that fits your budget. However, if you choose not to proceed after the consultation, we totally understand too! Do note that the deposit of SGD35 is non-refundable once we have provided you with the first sketch.

  • I want something really unique, can you do it?

    We welcome your imagination and ideas as we know they tell a unique story. As artists, we desire to make art that brings joy and is life-giving. Yet we are also aware that we have an aesthetic and medium that may not be the best fit for every idea. We will be honest with you if we find that we are not the right fit to bring an idea to life.

  • Can you do Fan Art?

    We are drawn to creating original designs as we want to honour copyright laws. If elements of fan art are part of your story, we are open to listening and working something out something original and authentic to your story.

  • I was unable to get an item from your shop, can I place a custom order for it?

    Sure! It will however be priced higher as it is considered a custom order that we will create space and time for.

  • I need a custom order made soon but the slot is unavailable, what should I do?

    If the slot is “sold out”, that means that we are unable to take in new requests at the moment. You may wait for a new slot to be released in the future.

  • Will my custom order be shared on your instagram feed/ website?

    We respect your privacy and will definitely seek your permission before sharing any photos of your item - don’t worry!

  • Are you still taking custom diorama orders?

    No, unfortunately we are not taking any diorama requests in the foreseeable future.
